Im trying to install the jj os but ive ran into a problem. I've put it onto my flash card and then loaded up the mpc holding the window button. When I do this is says os upgrade and below it it says, "Wrong card".

Can this be solved?

Wich version are you trying to install? the free version?
Just put it on the mem card, go to LOAD MODE and load... i think thats how i did it.
That method you are talking about requires akais original mem card

It just doesnt do anything when i click load from my memory card. Apparently its very specific about the card you use. Isit best to buy one of the cards that has been reported working?

Yes. Some MPC's are known to hang with incompatible cards.

But First, Format the Card you are using with the MPC, copy JJ to it and try it.

Working Cards that I use

IBM Microdrives
Seagate ST1 Microdrives
Sandisk
Transcend
