Unresponsive MODE and direction buttons

My MODE button is dying on me, it is less responsive everyday, same for the right directional button?
I suppose the only solution is to order the replacements from MPC STUFF, but which part do I need?
I tried to have a look at their website and wasn't sure.
Any help?

Also, is there an alternative to replacing the buttons?

U probably need the tactswitch part.
Maybe try to use some contactspray. This will probably fix ur problem for now.
