Remove Unused Sounds From Memory

How do you remove the unused sounds from the memory on the MPC2000XL.

theres a way to purge all sounds that arent used in a program, but if u want to remove sounds that are in a program, but not in a sequence, you have to manually remove them from the pads, and then purge from memory.

From the program or Trim screen scroll till you see the name of the sound you want to erase... Hit the Open Window button and then the the F-Key that says Delete above it... Hit OK and that's it...

in trim or parameters you should be abled to PURGE, which clearz all sounds not sequenced or being used.

It only clears the sounds that are not used in any program!!!
