How can I share Floppys

I have a bunch of kits I want to share.


how can I make an Image of a floppy, so that i can share it on the internet?


preferably a mac compatible solution.

If talking about XP systems, install OMNIFLOP to make your PC read
MPC60 disks.

Then, you could use a usual zip program to pack the whole disk.

To my knowledge, there is no way to make MPC60 SCSI drives readable
on a personal computer due to the partition system the 60 uses.

If you have a MAC and run OSX of whatever revision, Tiger, Panther, etc.

Then learn how to use the terminal prompt "DD" command.

With this and a connected USB floppy drive you can "DATA DUMP" the contents into a flat
image file usable by anyone on any platform with a disk sector imaging tool.

Of course the reverse is possible too and a flat image file can be "DATA DUMPED" back onto a connected USB floppy disk.

I will do some research

I've got good results with omniflop on my s950 disks. I use it to have backup copies on my PC. But you'll need a "build in" disk drive. USB drives won't work.
