Those actually look really nice.

Im not a big fan of the wood look on the 2500. But I really like how the panel covers the entire side.

I might maybe wanna do some of those and paint them actually.

very nice work though!

p.s. on the site, which pictures emphasize the difference between standard and exotic, if any?

and I noticed there was a direct picture of the entire rear.. do you have one of the entire front from straight ahead?
so that both sides and the front are visible straight away?

also US pricing would be nice so your US customers dont have to find a currency converter.

next comes the onslaught of users requesting side panels for 5000's, 1000's and more!

Hi Triple-X, thanks for your pos comments.
I do have a whole bunch of photos yet to be uploaded, good point about the front photos, and I am going to scan an exotic finish to put up aswell. Basically it's a very nice looking 'birds eye' finish of the same colour wood on the flat surface.
I can PM you some more pics if you wish when they are done.
I also considered softwood for painting, but I don't think it would be robust enough.
Can do un-oiled hardwood though.
Will look into the USD option as well

It's about time someone made these! I was looking at making some myself but it was going to cost £70 just for the wood I wanted (black walnut), so I gave up on the idea.

Anyway, if you could PM me some more pics that would be cool. I would also like to see the difference between the exotic and standard mahogony. Cheers...

I've had someone ask about the same for the MPC1k, if anyone is interested, let me know and I'll work on it.
I agree about the dark wood, much better colour than the ash. Will be posting the 'exotic' finish shortly. Basically, it will be something like a birds eye veneer of quality hardwood on the flat face.
Thanks for all the positive comments

Let me get a front/back (table top) view, so I can see both sides. I also need to see a Top View.

Anything is an improvement over the crappy plastic sides the 2500 comes with!
