Problems with selecting...

So, I'm in song mode and I'm about to select an unused song. Whenever I press do it the screen reads this:

Pad: A1
Type: Velo

I'm sure it's something I fooled around with earlier but help would be greatly appreciated. Peace.

Ok, so it also basically happens in a few other modes, like when I want to filter in 'Slide Mode', whenever I press 'Do It'. Help, please?

hmmm. Sounds unusual. It could be a bug. What OS version is on your 500? Upgrading the OS can fix most bugs, but unfortunately not all.

It took me a while, but it didn't work. So basically what happens is, say I want to select a song, I press 'do it'. It then goes to that screen and the do it, full level and q-link buttons all start to blink, please this is really restricting me, I can't get anything done.

You dont need to press do it to make a song. Just scroll down, choose all the sequences you want and all that jazz. Then you can scroll to the top where you select the song and it should by default be called song01. Rename it and aend it to a sequence if you want. There doesnt need to be any pressing of the DO IT button.
