MIDI Only Working With Pads...................

My MIDI has quit recording my piano keystrokes, and will only record the pad hits. Ive exhausted all menu options on both the MPC and Keyboard. This setup has worked for 6 months then all of the sudden, kerplunk. Suggestions will bring you good karma

Nobody has any suggestions? This has halted work for two days now, its killing me haha. Ive literally been through every menu option on both.

What type of Casio kb. are you talking about...?

Sounds to me that the problems lies with your Casio or Midi cable.

Not sure what kind it is... Im at the office right now. Its a cheap, 250 sound MIDI keyboard.

BTW, the problem was indeed in the cables.

do u have the midi out cable from the casio into the midi in in the mpc firmly connected?
