Hi all,

having problems with my mpc3000 seeing any drives.
i'm certain it's going to be the scsi fuse which is the problem.
Anybody know where this fuse is?
any tips for replacing it?

thanks in advance.

you can start making a quite useful thing

try to use the SEARCH function on this forum... you'll notice it's pretty helpful in this case

i suggest you to use the keywords

SCSI FUSE

at a first search you'll notice that fuse have a code, something like F9XX (the double xx are 2 hidden number i put here cause i'm really not friendly today)

after this you could try with the only code in the search field and u'll discover everything about that fuse

F901

you'll find it on the scsi board. u wont be able to get a like for like replacement but as stated above you'll find something that will do the job when u do a search.

u can also get your self a multimeter and check the fuse for continuity make sure u remove it from the board first though as u may get a mis reading.
