I need to ask all ya mpc 3000 owners a question. On the mpc 2000 xl in the trim mode part you can change the tune of the sample but you also change the volume of the sample. I'm not talking about the mixer section. Well my question is do the mpc 3000 have the same part where you can change the level of sample. On the mpc xl all the samples are set to 100 but can go all the way up to 200 or down to 0. Do the mpc have this.

No, in edit sound, where you truncate it, it goes from 0 to 200 independant of velocity.

Yea thats the part. On the mpc 2000 xl its the part where you would trim the sample. matter afact on the 2000 xl is "SHIFT + TRIM(5) then PARMS (F4). On the screen you can change the tune of the sample and the level or the volume of the overall sample from 0 to 200
