Hi
I have a problem. I bought (without knowing) one the of the blue MPC1000 with red sides, and I had the double/tripple note problem, meaning that 1 out of 7 hits fired out double notes. So I ordered the newest version Pad Upgrade from MPCStuff.com.
I got the package yesterday and I installed the new pads and the PCB and everything.
But the pad felt MUCH more "moveable" whereas in the factory pads I took out, the pads was hold FIRMLY down by a system of screew and frames. Looked much more advanced than the new Pads.
And the new pads stille make tripple notes, and they are not NEARLY as responsive as the old ones. I am actually thinking about reinstalling the factory pads.
Does anyone else in here have a similiar problem with the upgrade pads?
