SP1200 Replacement Parts?

Hi, did anyone order any replacement parts for their sp1200 thru digikey, mouser or other eletronic store. I know epr has some parts, however it gets pricey if you need to replace all the buttons. emulator archive has some parts# but not sure if these parts# are still relevant. I would greatly appreciate it if you can provide me with the parts# to the items below:

white pushbutton switch
red pushbutton switch
tune/decay sliders
volume pot
fader cap
trigger pads
