If you need some really nice programs for performing diffrent audio related task try www.audiotoolsdirect.com Most if not all of the stuff on there is licensed shareware.I got a cool audio ripper program to take CD's and burn them to my HD as wav files for use in programs like Recycle they also have diffrent converters to change files from say MP3 to wav and vice versa so that you can explore the vast world of "cyber digging"...
