Problem with tracks and sequences.

I'm pretty sure this can be done, I just need to know how.

I have a track (let's say, track 4) in sequence 1. It is a drum track which I want to copy to an already-created sequence 2. I also want it to be track 4 (as it is in sequence 1) in sequence 2. How can I do this?

This is one of the things that JJ didn't modify or improve. You need to use Seq Edit (pad+13). Check the regular manual if any problems.

He is correct MODE+PAD 13 then go to track move... and it works great.

Errr, no.

Go to Mode+Pad13, then go to the EVENTS tab (not track move) and set EDIT to COPY.
Then on the right hand side, set:
From sq: 1 Tr:4
To sq: 2 Tr:4
(as per your example)

You have to set the correct program on your newly copied track afterwards.

This is all basic stuff, but there ya go anywayz

p.s. track move is just for moving around the order of your tracks within one sequence.
