As far as I understood the concept, the six QLINKS are always linked to one MULTI.
If you want to have total control over the 4Ks sound engine, it would be nice to have several
QLINK settings WITHIN one MULTI. Since this seems impossible, how would you work this out:
1) Make several duplications of one MULTI, then change only the appropriate QLINK settings?
On the downside you have to be on any page where you can switch MULTIS, for example
the QLINK page. Fortunately, a quick testing prompted that the switching is carried out instantly
2) Use an external controller and work with CCs on the multiple midi channels
I'm planning to create a whole bunch of bass and lead sounds with deep live control for the 4K since
I began to like the sound of the machine - besides shi%%y filter tracking.
Anyone made his experiences with a similar issue, expecially with MULTI switching while the sequencer
is running?

EDIT: Well, I tested it more intesively and I run across the problem that if you change the actually accessed MULTIS (under the QLINK page) the last fader & pot setting is not remembered, i.e. standard values are used. I remember someone in the forum also mentioned this problem and he proposed to always record the QLINK setting at very sequence beginning, but this technique doesn't work for me.
Looks like it's better to use an external controller.
