ok...my 1000 wasn't loading my samples. i tried everything. usb,putting the memory card into external slot reader drag and drop from my computer then putting the card back into the mpc. i got the PCB slot fixed and its still not reading my card WTF! what could be the problem? i looked in the manual but there's not much help on troubleshooting...would it be cheaper to get it repaired or just by a used one(mpc 1000)? i haven't made a beat on it a month now and im going crazy! I cant keep making my beats on FL Studio. i need that grit sound.

Have you tried a different memory card aka (Standard Compact Flash Card) , maybe the card is damaged?
Look man it's quite obvious that the memory card is the main suspect.
Save your money and buy a new memory card, but first make sure that your samples were saved as -------->>>>>16-bit Sampling Rate: 44.1kHz <<<<<-----

I have ----->>>>

Format the card inside your MPC before you do anything else. Don't format it using your computer.

As Fosugary said, make sure the wav files are compatible.
