nedd help puttings songs on to PC

im having trouble getting my songs from my MPC500 onto my PC. The file is saved as all files and sequences and i cant open it on my PC. does any one know how i can open this file ??

you got to record it thru your soundcard with an audio editor like audacity or resample your main output in the mpc and obtain a wave sample.Take a look at your manual for more information.

Both your posts are questions that can easily be answered in your manual. Please dont waste forum members time with the stuff you should be learning on your own. You got a put a little into this if you expect to get something in return

if you want record your loop/beat/whatever with your mpc you must do this on the record way

press mode and then Pad 4
scroll with the data-wheel to "Rec : Record in" and tap with the cursor to "Rec in" switch it with the data whell to "Main" .
Press the do it Button & press then "play"

your loop will recorded

for the Pc-transfer you need a USB cable or a card reader for your CF-Card.

For record the beat directly in your Pc.. you should know you need a cable for connecting the Mpc (about your main-outs) with your PC (XLR8 to ... ) .
