akai 2000 error reading disk

P.e.a.c.e. proper education always correct errors and I just got mpc 2000 it turned on just fine that night , but in the morning I turn it on again than mpc ask me to put boot disk in just as I did than it showed reading disk error! I try that eazy pushing up from under neath the disk and that did not work ... If you got idea hit me up! I'm eager to learn Peace

did u try a new floppy drive????

PEACE>I order a new disk from AKAI I 'll try that first , if still not reading OS disk, than I'll look for disk drive. If you got any idea about disk drive hit me up ! peace

think u dont have to orde a new one.... u can download the disk somewhere in the www
