JJ sequencer 1.04

now I can run it on my sony UX

Still having problems loading some old projects from 0s1, 0s2 with all the Loop/qlink/Voice/Mute settings intact, buts its def more stable and usable. A big improvement loading up XL Projects!! Still a few qwirks, but I'm lovin it.

I did some tasks with it today and all I can say is WOW. Note editing, Drum Programing,
and PGM making.. Its pretty sicc.

I got a usb stick with all my projects backed up from all the OS's even Wakai so its cool to revive old projects without straining my mpc/HD with all that scrolling/loading. Lord knows I didn't practice file management back then like I do know. lol

Ah yeah babe. Touchscreen and Stylus, MPCMaid, Recycle and Sound Forge.
VGA connector and Bluetooth mouse if I wanna hook it up to a Screen lol

Guys....I have trouble tracking out my songs from the MP to my DAW.

Can I do the following as a workaround

1) Build my basic beat in the MPC1000, save the project file
2) Open the project in the JJ Seq
3) Save each track data to an audio file
4) Import the audio file into my daw (to arrange, process effects etc).

I love my MPC for making beats but tracking out is a nightmare. If the steps above can be done with JJ Seq then I will buy it for sure. It is the answer to my prayers.

I checked the online manual....will the Save Wav function allow me to write my tracks out to wavs (like save session in FL Studio).

people still don't seem to get it about the JJ sequencer:

NO. you can't track out with the JJ Sequencer.
the JJ sequencer does NOT have the MPCs FILTERS, LFO's, PITCH ADSR, EFFECTS, etc... the list goes on.

it is a 'beginner orientated, easy to use sequencer".
if you have an MPC, or use a DAW, you will find very little use for this app. it's a toy for the kiddies.

I wouldn't say it's a toy because it is still being developed, the main use I have found from it is being able to very quickly load my mpc1000 projects to quickly hear what Ive been working on so i can plan on what projects I should go back to working in the mpc, it really does load it almost instantainiously, plus the drum editing that you can do and save in mpc format and reopen in the mpc is a pretty great feature being developed

you cannot save your individual tracks or full songs/sequences as wave or mp3 files yet to load in your daw without having to track out but that might be in the works, the best bet would be to request this feature from JJ, you can easily do this or ask JJ a question on the JJ YouTube page

Thanks for clearing that up.

I will ask JJ about a 'save session' feature....that would be the bomb for me.
