the effects card is not integrated.
it is like the 8-out card, a separate unit.
it could be bad ram.
try remove the ram, and testing each ram stick individually.
also while the case is open, make sure the effects card is seated properly.
I don't know what else to say for now.
try the ram test and get back to us.
