How Do you interface Gigasampler and the mpc 4000??

is this possible??

when i get my mpc 4000 and i have gigasampler loaded up on my computer...can i interface the two....so when i hit play on my mpc 4000 the gigasampler is triggered accordingly??

...i should be able to record the midi data from gigasampler...and then when i hit play on the mpc 4k the mpc should trigger gigasampler....right?

anything i'm missing here?

Im still figuring it out myself.. As soon as I know more Ill let ya know. (You do the same )

Though I guess Gigasampler is a sampler without a sequencer, so start/stop is not implemented (I'm guessing here..)
As for triggering, set the MIDI channnels and ports the right way.

Wich soundcard and drivers do you use? I have a Tascam US428.
