When I have a pad with one-shot on (plays the whole sample), is there a way to stop it from playing the rest of the sample by hitting a separate pad? how do you do that??

There are no mute "groups" on 2k/2kxl.

that should be done to setting the samples to mono. (change from poly to mono)
