I just spent all evening trying different combinations of settings found on this forum and some others . I have Logic recording with MPC as master and using MMC and midi time clock . It sound great and my swing is still intact if i wait about 4 bars and use audio recorded after that. BUT if i record the same thing 4 times and then compare them they are still slightly out (enough to cause phasing) , id like to know .
Is it possible to get the thing perfectly sync or should i just accwpt thsi is the way midi is and it will never be perfect . Then i can just record all the beats and manually move them into time?
