The PLATINUM stuff is GREAT bang for buck.

Good if you can't afford BLUE, RED or GREEN or ISA series stuff.

The PLATINUM stuff captures I guess you could say, "the essence" of what some would consider the "Focusrite Sound".

I guess if you're looking at the Mixmaster then you're looking at it's so called "Mastering Capabilities".

I use one of these every now and then and don't find it to be too offensive.

There are better units around that offer similar sets of features to the Mixmaster product but they cost a LOT of money.

I hope you get a chance to try a few options before spending any money.

Hey thanks a-lot bro,
i was just wondering what to take... becouse i got sponsors Digidesign... and they got focusrite in their brands so i can take some i think... so you're telling that RED is the best way?
Thanks-aaa-lot!

If you can find a set of BLUE and you can afford them :-) You'll love every knob turn result to your audio signal.

The RED's are superb and you'll note that these have been virtualised in TDM Protools land many years ago with great results.

If you're in a position to go ISA or RED then don't knock it back.

Having said that though...

DIGIDESIGN relationship, politics of sponsorship ... maybe just stick with the PLATINUM stuff and work it hard !!! :-)

Good luck.

Rohan.
