useful apps for MPC500 owners

I've been using mpcmaid since i knew of it and never had that kind of problem...
sorry can't help...

I could have sworn that I used it before with no problem. Thats why I used it again this time. I dont know what could have changed since then but I've always had troubles with Java based programs. Thats why I finally gave up on azureus a few years ago.
I haven't tried the other functions since I discovered this problem. I hope the whole thing hasn't crapped out because its a good program.

I'm kind of liking this recycle though. Its got a few too many verifications to click every time you process a sample, which slows down my work flow and cant be turned off in the settings. But what I noticed that I do like is that it actually processes the chops a little. I know its fading each chop at the ending, and I think it might be extending them with a small reverse or something. I'm not sure what all its doing but its making the chops sound really nice and professional like those sound DVD's you buy for 40 bucks.

I haven't tried the soundforge yet but I got one and plan to check it out next. I heard it has batch commands.

Never used recycle to chop samples for the mpc, but a couple of years ago, before buying my 500, i used reason and recycle.
Think i'm gonna try it again!!!!
Soundforge is a really good app',maybe you'll waste some time at the begining, but it's f*ckin' powerfull!
