Anyone get a Blue LCD screen that wasnt working from MPCstuf

I just purchased a Blue LCD screen from MPCStuff.com installed it and i booted it up. Adjusted the contrast and that sh*t is dark, it does not pop out at all. I turned off the lights and i couldnt even see it. Am i still doing something wrong? I went back to the akai os and adjusted it and still not working.

You can see the letters it's just not glowing at all like the green screen does. Even with the contrast as bright as i can get it (shift + data wheel) you still cant see it.

reach out to them, maybe its no good. They do a lot of business thru this site. I would imagine they wouldn't give you a hard time replacing it.

yea i just wanted to make sure that i wasnt doing anything wrong before i hit them up. Seems like ive been getting crapped on lately in the shipping dept. I ordered some JBL LSR 4328p and the fkers sent me the 4326p hmmmm lol.

so they are sending me a new one with a return label to send back the faulty one.

yea, i can honestly say ive never had a bad experience dealing with them.

I all the way across the pond in England and 'Micky' for MPC Stuff has been a great help to me with the bits I've needed from time to time ... they really epitomise good after sales, truly.
