And those too... WTF?!?

mine works, thing is its a few years old so they may have changed their manufacturing process or something, your best bet is to try to get the sandisks, there should still be some around.

It's just hard to find them.. I could order them on amazon but it would be cheaper to get a ZIP drive instead of a cf-card

Anyway.. Maybe it's just my false..
Can someone explain how to format those cards?
Any other suggestions?

well if they dont apear in the mpc as atapi device they wont work regardless of format, with the one that dont work here i dotn see an atapi device at all, i only see it on the working cards.

so basically no format will help a non working card to work.

Hello, I'm from Brazil and went through the same problem, I have a mpc 2000, I bought the flash card on site and never be able to configure it in MPC, where an error of SCSI, I thought it was the entrance of my MPC SCSI that was in trouble, but use a ZIP and Jaz drive and never had problems with them, who can help to make the reading I am grateful, it is worth remembering also that the card also bought with the site card 1G.
