mpc sounds different than logic

when i record my song in to logic it sounds different
there is less bass and the sample sounds like crap!
i have a m-audio audiophile to record to my computer
i know the mp sounds fatter then a daw but i taught it would sound the same when i record it into logic

someone who could give me tip or something?? :?: :?: :cry:

Hardware and software, of course they sound different than each other.

Learn how to eq and process inside your daw.

No no no....

Me and Dre bought the same "Money" edition that Automates Platinum Production

You don't even have to know how to use it, or know anything about sound or engineering/production at all.... just press a button and it does it for you.

Yeah it sure is. Dr. Dre and Hi Tek don't even own compressors.

You got your thinking hat on backwards. Inside a DAW, whether hard/soft is where the major mixing/mastering processes take place. Mpc is just one of the tools used in the "creation" of music, not final polish.

No, having an MPC for sound is like having different compressors for different sounds.

I have 2 distressors, and two 1176's..... I go to either one depending on which sound I want.

Just like I'll use my Waves C4, or L3 Multi, depending on which sound I want.

Every piece you have, wether soft or hard, will have it's own sound.

Cables and connectors too, if you wanna go further.
