I have the latest free version, but I never really use it. I love the idea of being able to use the same wav files on my computer. Build something on it, then save it and open it on my Mp.
My question is this: Can't you already save a project on the free sequencer to open on the Mp? If so, what will be the benefit of the pay version?

You can't save "Projects" yet, you can only save Sequences and Programs.

I set-up a couple of programs in JJSEQ, saved the PGM and SEQ with proper BPM for samples, then imported this into my 2500. I got the loops right on JJSEQ first.
Worked like it was supposed to.

There are a few functions not available in the JJSEQ yet, that I'm sure will be added in the pay version.

One of them is Non-Destructive Chop.
