How do I convert things from my mpc to wavs and mp3s

I've had an mpc for a few days now and I already have tons of music on it. My only question now is how to convert sequences and songs to whole wave files or mp3s so that i can burn them to cds and what not. Can anybody help me out?

there are multiple ways to do this:

01 - the most professional way is to track out into a DAW & mix the beat up "properly"

02 - record the entire track onto a wav editor (output from mpc into computer audio card input)

03 - resample the track through record mode & then transfer the wav file either via usb or cf card
