q-link resonance doesnt seem to be working on sample program

Im running os 2, and Ive only had this thing a couple of days, but I simply cannot seem to get any resonance on a sample when I select resonance in the q-link set up page. Infact, the sound doesnt change at all? Am I doing something wrong? I can get every other control paramter to set up just fine, but nothing happens when I select resonance. Thanks in advance

you will only hear effect of changing Resonance when you also change Cutoff, these things work together...
Turn up Resonance then turn down Cutoff...and watch out for your speakers

Same here with release.
It only works when I press the corresponding after-button but then I lose the tune which I recorded with 16-Level...
