Drum Kits

Can somebody please tell me how to pull the drum kits out of the MPC500 so I can play them on the pads. For example, I can't figure out how to pull up the bass kits or the 808 or 909 and play them. I know that I have to hit the mode button, then load, but do I toggle to program, or sequence, or what. I can figure it out and the book doesn't tell me how to do it. Can somebody please help me. My Dr. Rhythm 660 was a lot easier than this.

Load up the programs

You should really get familiair with the terms programs, sequences and tracks.

dont just read about the functions, but press them as you go along. it will help so much more.
