Difference the regular 4000 and the 4000 BL PLus

Basically, aesthetically, it looks like one has the blue, black and maroon colors that were adorned to the 2000XL and 1000 at one point (the 4000 BL Plus) and one is just the original white, blue and black that this model of MPC first came in (4000).

Are there any better specs in the 4000 BL Plus model?

Any of those options in any order. But you knew that right?!?!

I did know those were the available options for all 4000 models, but, I thought there was maybe one specific option that made one "Plus" and left another as the regular version.
