After i buy my mpc. What now!!!!!!!!

Bear with me. What do I need to get along with my mpc 5k. Meaning in the terms of, speakers vs monitiors. Can i use a receiver for sound or somthing else. just tell me what i need to make beats and record/produce. please help!!!!!!

Headphones, if you could make dope beats on that then you could use whatever you want to hear music out of. Its like the monkey-fist, complicated to learn but high above the rest.

you bought a 500? or a 5000?

if you bought the 5000 you should KNOW what you need

If you want to sample with records, you'll need a turntable and DJ mixer or phono preamp. Some studio monitors would be a nice addition, but some Hi-fi speakers would work until you got better at the 5k. Some good headphones and don't skimp on cables either. Don't buy Monster, but get quality.

Also, RTFM and read up on here! The regular internet probably has tutorials i.e. Youtube, Google, etc

What valentin means is the 5000 is a pretty stout machine, and for someone to make that kind of purchase, he would've expected you to know the science somewhat.

I have no hate for someone that wants to begin with nice shit.
