I been thinking about getting a MPC but im not sure at all what kind I should get.. Im pretty new at all this so I dont really need a high tech one atm.

And just some questions I had about them
Can you hook up key boards to them?
What kinda computer software would I need to get to work with the MPC?
Will I need anything extra to hook up this stuff?

It all depends on what you wanna do.
The MPC 1000 is a good choice.

Yes. You can sample your keyboard lines by connecting the keyboard output to the MPC Ins or you can connect the 2 via MIDI and have them synced.

Depends. You migth not need anything and do everything on the sampler.
If you want to do complex mixing, arraging, fx, vocal recording, etc you just need a DAW to track down your beats, something like Cubase, Logic, Pro-Tools.

Yes. At least a Audio Interface and a Small Mixer.
