My problematic MPC5000

I've just noticed that pads 13 to 16 doesn´t work in my new MPC5000.
I've tried to restore factory settings (pressing DEL at Startup) but the problem persists.
Does anyone to have an idea to solve this or I must return it to Akai?

Hate to say it, but it sounds like this is a service issue that Akai will have to fix. If the unit is new and under its warranty, you will hopefully get it replaced at no charge.

If it's new in purchase not just in ownership, take or send it back to where it was purchased.
You want an exchange not repair if it's new.
