Reviving a thread that was pretty dead just proves how lame (& utterly quiet) your own forums are. People getting tired of vaporware over at the burgerkangz forums? And to answer your question about whether it would suck if BK bought out AKAI....I'd bet it would kill Akai's chances of ever releasing another piece of hardware. Sorry, but iphone apps just don't cut it....HAHAHAHA

Is the Virtual Thang able to be used as a midi tone module by an MPC/External Sequencer? Ya know, 16 parts Multitimbral and all that.

Cause honestly I don't want to retire my MPC as my main sequencer, but I would love to be able to take advantage of those 3000+ sounds your workin wit...
Let me know, but either way I coppin it. It just would be cool if the Thang could "play nice" with some of the stuff I already have.
