Does any one use his mpc60 with ASR10 rack?

definitly in the same boat with you, i didnt have the time to actually focuse on the Velocity triggering but i also hope it works

so anybody else a word on this?

redzol, you may also check the ASR help thread in the Production section and follow the link to the ASR Forum from there additionaly.

if there is an option to controll this and IF it actually is in the ASR to be set up, i am sure you can find someone explain it.

Oups today i've got another problem with my ASR.
Does anyone know what it means when u want to save an instrument
and the asr says "NO MORE FILES"?
I've researched on the asr book and they say nothing about this message.
At start i thought it would say "no more space on disk" but in the book they say
it would be written "NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE".
So i wonder what it means?...

Are you saving this instrument to a SCSI device - and are there already a lot of files in that same directory where you are trying to save your instrument.
I don't think you can have too many files in the same directory - less than 50 I believe, I don't have my ASR or manual in front of me.
But try creating another directory and saving the instrument in there and see what happens.

I try to create a new directory, give it a name, and press enter: it says the same "no more files"...
When i buy the asr, the hard disk already had files.
Do you think i can erase some of them to make some space?
How can i do that, from the asr?
I just know the format SCSI way, but i'd like to keep some sounds (all the sounds i already save!)

I have not find the solution to save on mys scsi for the moment,
so I have save on floppy... I hope to find the solution
quickly because floppy storage got too short capacity!

But i've found a solution for my mpc-ensoniq drum pad sequencing!
On mpc i make a DRUM track, I assign MIDI channel, and on ASR:
ENV3>FULL VELRANGE, also in ENV3 go to TIMES, to the last number
on the right, put 99, it makes the sample continue after pushing the pad.

it's not exactly the same sensitivity than when you play mpc sounds
on pads, but it's near!
