No, I won't "move on". Firstly, I obviously accept limitations since I work with 20 year old gear even if I enjoy discussing it with others. Secondly, If you're not that much into discussing stuff, why joining this thread at all? Do you even realise what it was about? The topic starter actually asked if the SCSI option was important and I put forward both some pros and cons from my point of view and my experience, not just grumpy annoying oneliners.
I guess you didn't really read what I wrote, to me it was totally on topic - if the SCSI interface is good, workflow is *potentially* improved but you still can't explore its potential fully because of the limitations I described, then perhaps it's not really worth it to everybody?
make your partitions smaller
