DIRECTORY ERROR AFTER FORMATTING CARD using jjos1

using CF ultra flash compact flash 2 gb sandisk brand and I can save anything except for wavs or sounds

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

MPC1000 brand new card reader seems fine
cards brand new
formatted by new os jjos 1
can save all midi and all but NO SOUNDS


Please what could be wrong
