Hey all there
I bought a Seagate Barracuda 80GB harddrive for my MPC4000, but in order to connect it i think i need a special cable for two female sockets, right? I couldn't find any info what type of cable that is and where to find one, and the Akai customer support wrote me back that "it is discontinued, but you can send us the MPC in order to change the socket on the board."
I think that option is too extreme and I should be able to find one on ebay.de or in a computer shop maybe? Would you please advise me how to search for it, any model names or descriptions?
