AKAI MPC2000XL SAMPLE LIBRARY VOL. 1

Does anyone have the stock cd-rom that came with the 2000xl? I bought my xl back in 2000 and my cd-rom just broke. If you're not using yours I am willing to pay cash, and i got paypal.

Did anyone else's come with a CD-Rom and a Zip Disk? MInes came with both, and i never opened the Cd-Rom..... this was probably about 3 years ago, if that helps.

Mine had the Zip disk... Cause I bought mine with the stock internal Zip

I'll sell you my CD as well... I never used mine either...

to be honest i found the samples were kind of bland. and need a bit of processing. i have had more satisfaction building my own kits from various sources and sounds.

like Nanoloop said,you're proably better off makin' your own kits.

yeah and if you want three versions of the same disk you can buy mine too...

actually some nice percussion in there once its been tweaked and listening to the south american grooves gives you a little insight into how they are done on the mpc...

When I got my 2000 back in '99 it came with a floppy of some of the worst drum samples ever! Even standard GM kits on home keyboards have more punch to them.
