Any way to totally disable one of the q-links?

so one of my q-links is messed up and sends random values even if you're not touching it.

not that big a problem since in jj os2xl you can only use one of the q-links properly and there are limitations to how they can be assigned.

so basically i want to totally disable or (physically) disconnect the broken q-link slider so it doesn't send those values and mess up the assignments to the other q-link. is this possible?
