I like how it looks as though this MPC 9000 can power another piece of gear...

I was almost sold on that MPC9000 until I noticed, there is still no firewire, no ethernet, nor do I see a mention of WiFi. Who still uses SCSI? and is that USB3 or still 1.1?

You didn't know about the Nukai's 5 1/4" floppy drive on the front of the 9000? The SE model has the hi tech 3 1/2" floppy drive and only comes in white.

I should let you know this isn't the first time I was given a rejected product. Like when technics gave me the sl1200mk18 about 2 years ago. that thing straight up destroyed grooves like no other and I wish I never tried scratching that Johnny Mathis record because I recently discovered it is quite sampleable

Haha nice one, I want one of those!

Oh, changed my setup a little bit + built another shelf to go with my desk (the one on the right). Kinda like how it turned out. Just gimme something big and cool to put where the printer stands instead of the fugly printer, then I'd be happy!

Taa-daa!

And a unsharp pic to see the lights..

i dig the lights you installed in that shelf you built... if you hate seeing the printer there, maybe you should fill that spot up with 45s to play on the turntable above... :D

I agree, shelf lights = good idea. too bad I don't still have that cardboard ttable cause I could have given you that to replace the printer
That pic also got me thinking that my setup is too spread out, so I might work on that :)

Thx! Haha ye, that would've been awesome! Spread out can be good too, it's just that I only have this space since it all stands in our living room, and my girl doesn't want anymore stuff around, haha. But I like it, it's close to everything.
