Have I goofed?

Hi folks... I'm certain I've just done something goofy, but I would like pick your collective brains on this issue.

I loaded JJOS on my MPC2500 the free version mpc2500_jv309.bin just to get a feel for it.

I tried loading samples and I couldn't monitor the sound under [PROGRAM]... you know dial in a sample and tap a pad to hear it. If I loaded an old sequence with samples it was fine.... perhaps I've over looked something? Maybe it was too late in the wee hours of the early morning or the Gin and tonic (2 slices of lime please)?

First impression of the JJOS - wow is it my imagination or did things just load faster! I also love the directory trees, much easier to navigate.

I'll likely buy the mpc2500_xl124.osx very soon!
