i just got jjos 1. the chopping is real easy. so i chop a drum loops and made it aprogram. in a 2 bar loop i layed down the high hats on track 1. so far so good. track 2 i record the snare. track 3 i record the kick. now i play it back to hear it. the high hats are just as i recorded them but the snare and kick are in places where i didnt play them and/or missing altogether in certain spots. timing is set to 1/16 swing:50%. whats going on? please help. thanks.

yes yes. its not human error man. i tested it out. i made the exact same drum beat with the stock sounds.....no problem. i tried it again with the chopped drum loop........same garbage keeps happening. and now when im recording the snare sounds different than the actual sample. whats going on? i knew i shouldnt have got jjos. please help.

maybe it's the snare sample that you chopped, might have some air in front of it..
check it out in trim. if you try and do a drum roll as fast as you can on the sample, you should here the start of the sample. if you cant here it when you do a roll, it needs to be chopped tighter.

maybe try chopping the whole break again and see if it happens still..
good luck!
