JJ OS 4.44B version = How Do I upgrade????

I bought my mpc like 2 years ago and put JJ OS on it, after that I don't remember how I did it or what I did. I was in the military and just never had time to ever get back to my Mpc-1000 which is the reason I am selling it.

I know the OS I have now is 4.44B which was updated on March 5 2007. I have a BLACK mpc-1000 and before I sell it I want to update it to the current/latest JJ Os. So do I have to pay again? Do I need a password? How can I find my old one?

Anyone? What's happening here....... Do I even have JJ OS installed???????

Figured it out.......

1) I was downloading the "PC" version and I am on a Mac
2) My Mpc has a hard drive and I'm not sure but when I put it on the Card it worked.....
