Weird Crash on MPC500

Easy all.

Firstly, thanks for all the advise and support in the past. starting to get to grips with how it operates etc.

now, i was in the middle of making a "song", and quickly putting them all together through the song mode, i set everything on how i wanted with how many times i wanted that sequence to repeat etc etc. i then went onto: "CONVERT song2sqA" for my MPC to then freeze with "CPU addr(read) PC(884b05de)"....and it stayed like this for around an hour so i then had to turn it off and restart etc.

now, does anyone know what this means, or have experienced the same thing? because its been boggling my brain all day!

Sounds like an OS error. I've never had that particular code but I've had sevral like it

I used to get those wonky code freezes ALL the time on the last OS. Still having other little probs on the new one, but I haven't had those crazy codes since upgrading.

Do you have the latest OS?

any solution????
