SSD drive replacement

I was reading here on the forums about the CFcard/hard drive replacement mod, and it seems like a really good idea. Has anyone actually put a SSD in their MPC2500 like the one in this link? http://www.provantage.com/transcend-ts3 ... RSD0AQ.htm What would be the best way to mount it to the HDM-10 tray? I want to get this drive but it is expensive! Might have to do the other mod first, and wait for SSD drives to come down in price.

Why would you even bother to do this? A 120 or 160GB internal HD plus 2GB of Flash memory would be plenty of storage, and don't forget you can always use the Sandisk CF cards.

Since CF cards are less apt to corruption, and crapping out the CF card mod /adapter route seems like a good choice, especially since I already have a few 16gb flash cards. I'm answering my own question I have'nt even used 2 gigs on my drive yet. I was more curious about the pros and cons of CF cards vs Solid State Drives pertaining to the MPC. Thanks for replying.
