Thanks lol first welcome. True so is that only for the muted tracks version? would the quality of my recording depend on my computers sound card? if so is there any way to just use the mpcs better quality and then maybe get it onto the flash and put in comp that way? also what kind of cables would i need? I have a laptop and the inputs here are the mic jack and headphone jack, theres usb inputs, hdmi input, and yea nothing i see that would really work. thoughts? :)

Resample, go to your record screen, change input to main out hit record (f5) and then hit play.. Saves as a wav, save it onto your cf card and viola.

I'd use mode+pad 13 and copy my tracks to a new sequence eg. Copy from sequence 1 track 1 to sequence 2 track 1 (you have to do each track individually so if you want to leave something out just don't copy it over no need to mute), then use mode+pad 16 and lay your sequences out into a song, convert to song, then resample as I specified before
