No, that's the owners manual, which is different from the service manual. The service manual has things like schematics, parts lists etc...

Thanks Pilchard for uploading the 4000! , we are still down the 60, 60II and 3000 i think....

4 years later… and I'm new here (first post) - I'm sure this has been sorted.

However if not… I just found the MPC3000 service manual here http://www.synfo.nl/servicemanuals/Akai ... MANUAL.pdf

I also have a copy here on my computer which I am happy to upload to @Lampdog if you want to create an archive for the site.
